You can set up and adjust the accountant access under Settings > Administration > User.
Sources of error can be avoided if you give your tax advisor access to Billomat. He can make the settings himself and download the master and transaction data himself should he need them.
How do I activate tax advisor access?
The tax advisor access is free for all users from the Business tariff.
How to activate it:
- Navigate to Settings > Administration > Users
- Select the button Create account for tax advisor
The creation of the tax advisor access is similar to the creation of a new employee. Please enter the VAT ID of your tax advisor here as legitimation.

The tax advisor will then receive an email with the access data. Now he can log into your account and your bookkeeping will be even easier!
