With Billomat you can export and save customer contacts in just a few clicks.
This is very easy under the Reports/ Exports tab in the top menu bar. You will then find the various document types under Customers.
With one click you can now select the desired export format. The following options are available to you:
- vCard
- CSV
- XML
- JSON
Overview of export formats
vCard
vCard is the common format for Outlook. vCards can be embedded in HTML pages, sent as file attachments to an e-mail or available as a QR code. Cell phones and PDAs also use vCards to store contact information and exchange it with IrDA or Bluetooth.
CSV
CSV, on the other hand, is the format for all Excel friends. The import to Excel is therefore easy, thus also the usual storage and further processing within Excel.
XML and JSON
XML and JSON are text formats that are more suitable for the exchange between computer systems. So if you are not afraid of programming, this could be the right place for you!
Exporting customers and contacts made easy
You can also do the following under Reports / Exports:
- Export all your invoices, offers and other documents
- Perform a full backup
- Export tax-relevant master and transaction data in DATEV and agenda format
- Create SEPA files for open invoices that are to be paid by direct debit
